# Item Selector

This component allows for the selection of one item from a list of items.

> **NOTE:** Sometimes this component does not save the selection state upon reopening the saved Grasshopper file. A temporary fix would be to instead use the item selector component from [Human ](https://www.food4rhino.com/en/app/human)or [Honeybee](https://www.food4rhino.com/en/app/ladybug-tools). Please also report the issues on the GitHub page.
